Please note: This policy is strictly for purchases made on the COASTALDNA.com website. If you purchased your items from a local store or a different online store please return all items to that merchant.

All merchandise must be returned in new/original condition with all tags attached, not be worn, washed or otherwise used. Upon receipt of your return, your original method of payment will be credited. Returns are usually processed within 1-2 business days upon receipt.

Please use a signature required service such as UPS, FedEx or request the Signature Required option when returning via US Mail.
