ITEMS TO BE RETURNED FOR REFUND
Please note: This policy is strictly for purchases made at the COASTALDNA.com website. If you purchased your items from a local store or a different online retailer please return all items to that merchant.
All merchandise must be returned in new/original condition with all tags attached, not be worn, washed or otherwise used.
Upon receipt of your return, your original method of payment will be credited. Returns are usually processed within 2-3 business days of return receipt.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
Click on the “Returns Center” portal located at the bottom of our website or contact us at Customer-Service@CoastalDNA.com. Enter your Order Number and Email Address associated with your order at time of purchase then click the Find Your Order button.
Note: Your Order Number can be located on either the packing slip or the order verification email provided at time of order placement. If you cannot locate your order number or email address please email customer service: Customer-Service@CoastalDNA.com
HOW TO SHIP YOUR RETURN
Returns are accepted via US Mail, UPS and FedEx.
WHEN WILL CREDIT APPEAR FOR RETURN?
Credit is usually available on your credit card company website within 5-7 days upon return receipt and processing. On banking institutions financial paper statements, credit is usually viewable on your next months credit card statement.
